T

he presence of constant optimal

conditions of water, oxygen (air),

and minerals in the roots media is

a vital precondition for efficient intensive

agricultural crops.The growing strategy of

plants is linked to environmental conditions.

Plants act as meteorological, chemical, and

biological‘Monitoring-probe’and they react to

environmental conditions by their development

and growth pattern.Yet,their growth pattern

depends on the presence of the secondary

roots* and their ability to absorb, transport

and supply water, oxygen and minerals to

the plant's organs.

Many growers of intensive dripping crops

fertigate with exaggerated quantities of

unused water and fertilizers. They do it

according to predefined irrigation schedules,

regardless of the natural rhythm of the plant’s

physiological activities; while only smaller

soil-solution quantities are used by the

plants during their 24-hour physiological

activities. Exaggerated quantities of water

and fertilizers in the root's volume (soil or

other media) eliminate the presence of the

oxygen,create ‘salinity',moderate the growth

of the plants and decrease yields. At the

same time, precious natural resources are

being wasted while the grower does not

meet his income potential.

Moreover, every year, millions of tons of excess

fertilizers are consciously programmed to

leak from intensive agricultural areas. In fact

it contaminates the drinking water aquifers

all over the world.

Appropriate sensors that automatically

detect and control the important physical

and chemical parameters and are related and

affect the appropriate growing conditions

for the secondary roots are the need of the

hour.Having these will enable the farmers to

have control in real time, 24 hours a day, on

the irrigated feeding solution,on the volume

of the roots media and on the drain solution.

Thus, the plants' vital physiological activities

such as Transpiration,Oxidation,Translocation

etc. are controlled.

And, above all, the benefits gained from

accuracy control; include absorbing easily

the soil solution containing the dissolved

oxygen and minerals,and conducting it,night

and day,to all the plant's organs.Besides,this

will help absorb the CO

and release the O

to

the surrounding atmosphere during the day,

while producing the sugars (Photosynthesis),

and then conduct the sugars and their derivate

during the night, to feed and control all the

growing sites of the plants. And that means

getting improved production.

*The secondary roots do the work! Nomatter whom

they belong to, they all do the same work. They are

built for it.So let them do it the easy way.
