The Process of Submitting Articles to Et Hasadeh
Background
Et Hasadeh
is a
journal published by
JDC
-
Ashalim
Israel dealing with children and
youth
in
situations
of
risk
and
their
families
.
The
journal
,
which
appears
semi
-
annually
(
in March
and September
),
publishes
academic
articles
and
studies on
a
range of
professional
subjects
and
areas of
focus
relating
to
development
,
study
and
research
about
various
situations
of
risk
and
exclusion
.
The
Et Hasadeh
Editorial Board
accepts
articles
from
researchers
,
professionals
and writers
from
a
range
of
professional
fields
.
We
also
provide
a
platform
for
articles
translated
into
Hebrew
that
were
written
by
Israeli
and
international
authors
and
that
have
been
published
online
or
in
foreign
journals
,
but
have
yet
to
receive
exposure
in Israel
.
The
articles
submitted
undergo
a
process
of
evaluation
and
examination
by
the
professional
staff
of
Ashalim
’
s Mayda
Knowledge
&
Learning
Center
.
This
process may
take a number of months
.
At
the process
’
s
conclusion we announce
our
decision
regarding
publishing
content
in
Et Hasadeh
.
Format Rules

When submitting the draft to the Editorial Board:
¡
¡
The manuscript may include 15 printed pages at most, and it must be
submitted as a Word file.
¡
¡
The article must be printed in David 12-pt. font in Hebrew, and in Arial 12-pt.
font in English.
¡
¡
Line spacing in the article text will be 1.5 lines, justified, with spacing
between paragraphs at 6 (before and after).
¡
¡
The article should be sent by email to us at:
lemida@jdc.org.il, five months
prior to the journal’s publication (in early April and October, respectively).
¡
¡
On a separate page, note the following: author’s name, position and place of
work, and his or her contact details (telephone numbers and email address).
¡
¡
Foreign language authors’ names mentioned in the body of the article
should be transcribed in Hebrew, followed by the names written in the
foreign language and the publication date in parentheses.

All references in the article should be arranged alphabetically by the
