Solar Energy: Nextcom kicked-off its solar energy activities in 2008 , installing dozens of megawatts of domestic, commercial and industrial rooftops across Israel. In 2015 we broadened our focus, expanding our cadre of top-notch solar professionals and employing state- of-the-art software and equipment to construct large solar farms. Wind Energy: 2015 was a pivotal year for Nextcom when, together with a select group of partners, we deployed a commercial wind farm in northern Israel. As with solar, our extensive expertise and robust organizational infrastructurehave led to rapid growth, including Nextcom being awarded a full BOP (Balance of Plant) contract to design and construct a 104 MWplant based on 34 GEwind turbines, andmore recently, being awarded an EPC contract for the design and construction of the largest wind farm in Israel, the GENESYS 206 MW plant that will include 39 wind turbines.
